[Project Diablo 2](https://www.projectdiablo2.com/) is a great mod and what I imagine the closest Diablo 2 would have gotten had Blizzard never stopped development on the game. It has a deep crafting system and a dungeon system that gives it damn near infinite replayability. A love letter to the original game by the community, it takes what made the game great and adds quality of life and further depth to one of the greatest games of all time. If you enjoyed Diablo 2, I strongly recommend it. Be prepared for it to dominate your free time.
